Help Lead the Charge Behind the Scenes
Our full-time staff form the operational backbone of College Liquidation. These roles are ideal for professionals or recent grads who want to apply their skills in nonprofit leadership, logistics, finance, marketing, or student engagement.
Youβll work closely with campus teams, help coordinate multi-state rollouts, and ensure every pop-up, partner, and program aligns with our ESG goals.

Youβll help lead College Liquidationβs on-the-ground operations, manage high-energy pop-up events, and work closely with student organizations, campus leaders, and corporate partners. Whether youβre overseeing logistics, managing a team of interns and volunteers, or coordinating with universities and brand suppliers, your role will directly shape the student experience and help accelerate our expansion across dozens β and eventually hundreds β of campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee weekly and monthly campus activations
- Build and manage local event teams (student workers, interns, and volunteers)
- Cultivate partnerships with university departments, student organizations, and community vendors
- Ensure seamless event logistics, compliance, and brand presentation
- Report data, KPIs, and outcomes to executive staff
- Innovate new engagement strategies to increase visibility and impact
Career Growth:
This is more than an operations job β itβs a leadership launchpad. Full-time employees are often promoted into roles like Regional Director, Director of Campus Expansion, or Supplier Relations Manager. As we scale nationally, internal hires are given priority for senior roles, including state and multi-region oversight.
