Give Back, Build Community, and Make It Count
Not everyone needs a paycheck to make a difference — and we welcome passionate volunteers who want to plug into our mission.
Volunteers help run events, collect data, support outreach, distribute clothing, and more. These roles come with perks, experience, and a chance to level up to leadership.
- Great for those building community service hours
- Eligible for recognition boards, merch perks, and referrals
- Volunteers help drive our on-the-ground impact and outreach
Give Back, Build Skills, and Make a Difference — One Pop-Up at a Time
Whether you have just a few hours a week or want to take on a larger mission, volunteering with College Liquidation gives you a chance to be at the center of something bigger: making student life more affordable, equitable, and sustainable — all while helping your peers.
Our nonprofit thrives on the energy, heart, and insight of students who care. Volunteers are the backbone of our pop-up events, helping us bring exclusive deals and mission-driven moments directly to campuses. And it’s not just about giving back — it’s about leveling up.
Why Volunteer?
- Be the reason your school gets activated. We prioritize campuses where students show initiative. Your involvement helps make it happen.
- Get early access to product drops and exclusive campus perks
- Build leadership, communication, and event-planning skills in a low-pressure, high-impact setting
- Boost your résumé and college involvement record — great for grad school, scholarships, or future jobs
- Receive a letter of recommendation upon successful completion of your volunteer term
- Be part of a growing movement that’s gaining national traction and reshaping the campus economy
What You Might Do:
- Set up and break down pop-up retail events
- Greet customers, answer questions, and promote Drip+ or donation-based shopping
- Assist in merchandising, inventory organization, and sustainability reporting
- Spread awareness through word-of-mouth and social media
- Collaborate with student orgs to build traffic and community at each event
No Experience Needed:
We welcome all majors, backgrounds, and experience levels. If you’re passionate, dependable, and aligned with our mission, we’ll train you on everything else.
Time Commitment:
Most volunteer roles are flexible — from a 2-hour pop-up shift to ongoing help with marketing, logistics, or student outreach. You choose what fits your schedule.
Campus Impact:
Many of our volunteers become ambassadors, interns, or even paid staff. Your energy helps build the foundation for long-term programs and partnerships at your school.
Give Back. Gain Purpose. Spark Equity.
Looking for a meaningful way to give back without a long-term commitment? Our volunteer opportunities are flexible, high-impact, and always appreciated.
From helping run events to prepping inventory to promoting pop-ups, volunteers play a crucial role in spreading the mission of access and sustainability.
Why It Matters:
- You’re directly supporting underserved campus groups
- Every item you move helps fight waste and affordability barriers
- You gain exposure to grassroots nonprofit work and ESG values
- Great for service hours, club contributions, or just doing good
Volunteering is the spark — many of our team members started as volunteers before growing into paid roles or ambassadors.
